A few things to know.
Does RP Locator work with every store?
RP Locator opens compatible locator links. Brands using RP ProMap or RP ProFind can connect their locators to the experience. It is not a directory of every store or every product.
Is the app free for shoppers?
Yes. RP Locator is free to download. Merchants use the separate RP ProMap or RP ProFind website apps to power their locators.
Does a scan guarantee a product is in stock?
The app opens the brand’s locator. Availability depends on the brand’s data and how it is maintained. Check with the store when you need to confirm stock before traveling.
How does my brand get started?
Choose RP ProMap for a store locator or RP ProFind for a product locator on Shopify, then follow the RP Locator setup guide. ProMap for Shopify starts at US$9.99/month with a 7-day trial. ProFind for Shopify has a free plan for up to 2 locations; its paid Lite plan is US$9.99/month with a 7-day trial. Wix ProMap has a free Basic plan and a US$9.99/month Lite plan with monthly billing.
Who is RP Locator not for?
RP Locator is for shoppers using a participating brand’s compatible locator link. It is not a search tool for every product at every retailer, a market-wide price comparison app, or a guarantee of stock at stores that have not supplied current availability data.
