To resolve this issue, please follow these steps:
1. Verify that your CSV file contains the exact header names “Store Name” and “Store Address.” The system is case-sensitive and looks specifically for these headers. If your file uses alternative names such as “Title,” “Name,” or simply “Address,” the system will not recognize them as valid. Please rename these headers accordingly before attempting to import again.
2. During the import process, you will be prompted to map the columns from your CSV file to the required fields in the system. Use the dropdown menus provided to correctly assign each column. For example, if your CSV header is different but contains the correct data, select the appropriate field from the dropdown instead of leaving it as “Ignore column.” This ensures the system knows which data corresponds to “Store Name” and “Store Address.”
